The Per Scholas Marketing and Communications team is seeking a creative part-time Marketing and Design Associate to support our design and brand building efforts throughout the Spring and Summer. This role will begin in a part-time capacity with the possibility of transitioning to a full time role.

The Associate will work closely with the Per Scholas National Support Marketing team to assist in all brand building, recruitment and creative design projects supporting six sites across the country. The Marketing and Design Associate should be creative and driven and enjoy working in partnership with other team members and across departments.

What You’ll Do…

The Marketing and Design Associate will support the Marketing team to develop relevant collateral for our six sites and national support team. This includes updating/designing campaign fliers, signage, online advertisements, student- and employer-focused powerpoint presentations.

In particular, the Marketing and Design Associate will focus on the following projects:

  • Creating, updating and refreshing site-specific collateral with a focus on brand and language
  • Support sites and leadership team with designing and formatting presentations for funder partnerships, employer partnerships and students
  • Assist Marketing/Communications team with ongoing support tasks related to marketing
  • Assist staff with research and development projects
  • Social Media Support

What You'll Bring...

Professional Qualifications

  • Experience implementing successful marketing strategies to achieve organization objectives
  • Creativity and insights to develop marketing campaigns and pursue leads
  • Experience with project management and organization  
  • Excellent Design skills especially with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, PPT. and Google Slides
  • Competent software skills, especially Google Drive, and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with SalesForce
  • Able to work part-time at least 10-20 hours/week, possible transition to full-time
